Lose Your Belly Fat E-Book Review
There are thousands of E-books in the market talking about all sorts of fitness secrets. However based on my experience, none of them are as thorough as the Lose Your Belly Fat E-Book by Shannon Clark.
Like my other post in this site, I always talk about going back to the basics and avoid jumping into the bandwagon and try all sorts of “new” and “effective” stomach toning tips. If you look at my post about how to flatten your stomach, I explicitly said that mental strength above anything else is the key if you want to successfully reach your goals in stomach toning.
The Lose Your Belly Fat E-Book starts from the basics and goes step by step, without rushing the reader. It shoots down some common beliefs like “you cannot eat anything delicious if you want to lose weight”. I mean come on, whoever said that phrase actually doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Come to think of it, I might right a blog post or two about those fallacies.
This E-Book also attacks your stomach toning problem all around, suggesting all sorts of ways to lose your belly fat. Based on my experience though, with other E-Books is they bombard you with hundreds of ways and tips, most not even helpful at all. With Shannon Clark’s E-Book, I can honestly say that no bullshit has been written here and that everything in this E-Book has been tested and recommended by fitness experts here and there.
I have already recommended this book to my clients (around 50 of them) and so far five of them have purchased it already. It’s really a steal for it’s price and with this book alone, you can be sure that you will never need any other e-book again.
